Troubleshooting DNS
If ping by IP works but sites do not load, suspect DNS. Run ipconfig /flushdns, compare with a public DNS via nslookup, then check proxy/VPN/hosts.

Flush DNS; restart the browser.

Change DNS
Use 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8 or your ISP DNS.
